Sick and Snowy

Well I only worked one day this week.  Monday was a holiday, I worked Tuesday (with a 2 hour delay), took off Wednesday since Vivienne had a fever all day Tuesday and Wednesday, planned to take off Thursday but didn't have to because we had snow days Thursday and Friday.  Can't beat a week like that.  It was super cold and Vivienne has cut her two incisors finally, both kids still have a cough and runny nose but nothing like they had.  Today we finally had everyone healthy and the weather was good so we went sled riding and had a blast. Vivienne Turns 1

I've decided to add blogging to my lesson plan schedule, which means I will update every Sunday.  Today was Vivienne's first birthday and even though the flu hit our guest list hard, there was a good turn out and she had a good time celebrating with loved ones.  Poor baby wasn't feeling well though and crashed before the party was over.  She has grown so much in the past year and is so different from her brother.  She is so sweet, caring, loving, funny, and reserved.  She loves music and dancing and the dogs.  Most of all, she loves Jackson.  Vivienne has fun putting things in and out of anything and is not very interested in TV. She was quick to crawl and cruise, but cautious and taking her time letting go.  I love her so much and can't wait to see what the next year brings as she blossoms from a baby to a toddler.
